LMS Athletics
Please remember that ALL students that try out for a sport will need a current sports physical, signed Athletic & Activity Policy and Concussion form on file in the LMS office before they can participate in tryouts. (The Athletic & Activity Policy and Concussion form are part of your students online registration.) Girls Softball, Boys Baseball, Girls Basketball and Cross Country team members will need to turn in all required information before June 15. Again, if students do not have the required information they will not be eligible to try or attend practice for any athletic activity. If you have any questions please contact Amy at 815.933.2243.
