Preschool Screening Contact List:
Preschool screenings are held in the Spring and are by appointment only. If you are interested in a screening but we are not currently taking appointments, please add your contact information through the link below. Putting your name on the contact list will insure your child is included in the next round of screenings. The list is monitored year round, feel free to submit preschool questions through the link and someone will respond to you shortly.
When preschool screenings are open there will be a link available on this website's home page for appointments. If the link is not on the home page, we are not screening at this time.

*Screening Requirements* per the bylaws of our preschool grants, we must collect the parent's proof of income and the child's official birth certificate prior to the preschool screening. Refusal to comply with the state's requirement will disqualify your child from the screening process and therefore the preschool programs.
